Overview

This Order Form is an offer by the purchaser to purchase from the manufacturer/seller the products listed in the Order Form for the prices of those products in the seller's published current Price List and on the seller's Standard Terms and Conditions.

If the Order is accepted it shall, together with the seller's Standard Terms and Conditions, constitute the contract between the seller and the purchaser for the sale and purchase of the products ordered.

The Order Form requires insertion (after purchase) of a description of the product/s, product item number (if applicable), number of items and price, and further details relating to the Order for internal office records.

There are no attachments to this Order Form.
