This is a very comprehensive checklist for use when conducting a telecoms/telephony due diligence investigation or report. It can also be used for corporate risk management purposes.

If the only telephony service used is VoIP bundled with Internet services/access, then our Checklist IT Due Diligence which includes VoIP may be more appropriate.

This checklist covers landlines, mobiles and VoIP.

External systems include:

• service providers for landlines, mobiles and VoIP; risk management and recovery.

Internal systems include:

• facility management, telephony hardware and accessories, software (non-proprietary), administration, risk management.
