E.g. 1. To evaluate a business plan and research and development proposal for the purpose of exploring the application. 2. Assess the value and profitability of the Discloser's Business in order to determine whether to purchase it. 3. To determine whether or not to place an order for products with the Discloser. 4. To determine whether or not to enter into a Distribution Agreement with the Discloser. 5. To determine whether or not to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement with the Discloser. 6. To determine whether or not the Discloser and the Recipient should enter into a joint tender. 7. To determine whether or not the Discloser is suitable and competent to provide the services required by the Recipient.

If no End Date is specified, the Agreement shall be deemed to end sixty (60) days after the Start Date.
